Turn old tile floor new again...excellent results by painting!

Materials needed:
1) Zinsser  White Cover Stain Oil-Based Interior/Exterior Primer and Sealer (My small bathroom only required a quart)
2) smooth 4" roller with extra cover
3) Oil-based Enamel paint (I used Rustoleum)
optional:
1) 1" painter tape to tape off grout lines
2) White paint grout markers for "grout"

1) Scuff up tile with sandpaper, or liquid sander- I used a belt sander with 80-100 grit paper
2) clean with Household detergent, mineral spirits - important for it to be very clean
3) Apply Zinsser primer
4) Let dry 6-8 hours
5) Apply a coat of enamel paint (Enamel Paint Example)
6) Let dry for at least 24 hours
7) Apply second coat
8) Let dry for 24 hours
9) If you would like to have grout lines, tape off individual grout lines and follow them with the paint markers
10) You can then apply a Urethane for more protection (Urethane Example)
11) Let dry for 24 hours
