Flash here -had to unrar with win rar and then put onto tablet's sd card to install
It was bit of a pain because for some reason the AndRootFile application couldn't see in any subdirectories on the sd card. So each time I had to copy all the files in each sub folder to the top level of the g tablet sd card and then disconnect the tablet, copying them to their appropriate place on the tablet
