Reason for slow right click context menu appearing

On my windows machine, every time I would right click on an icon, the spinning disk would appear for several if not tens of seconds.  After reading several web pages, I determined it was a bad context menu entry.  I downloaded this app, installed it and then right clicked on several icons to see what options there were in the right click context menu.  I then loaded this program:

 and disabled the context items individually using the program until I found the one that was causing the delay
 For me it ended up being the entry that said "Send file to bluetooth".
